Just to say amazingly perfect. Everything was literally a 10/10 every dish and everyone who worked there. It was my first time having wagyu and holy **** was it phenominal I mean I sat back in bliss of how much flavor and tenderness there was. It truly made me look beyond the $125 price for the plate 😁. Best dam calamari I've had not sure how they did but it was like cotton candy dissolving in your mouth. Escargot was very good just wish it had cheese on it but it wasn't grainy like your eating sand. Pork loin chop and prime rib where 10/10 but my meal was still better. They had a happy birthday card already on our table which was a nice surprise. The cake at the end was so delicious too.
Family and I all got something we don’t normally order at any other restaurant, and we were glad that we did. My wife got the lobster pasta which was excellent and filling, my teenage son got the duck which he loved, and I got the rack of lamb, which was divine. I’d highly recommend venturing away from what you can get anywhere else; try something you’ve never eaten before. With Cafe Central, you cannot go wrong. We will be coming back for sure.
This was my first thanksgiving without my father who passed away this Summer. I decided for the first time to go out to dinner with my family and I am so happy that I did, your restaurant made tonight very special for us. Nick was an amazing server and and everything was exceptional. I cannot recommend your restaurant enough. Thank you for a wonderful meal and a memory first holiday without my dad.
My husband and I went for our 21st wedding anniversary. We frequent the restaurant from time to time, just for no reason, but if you have a special occasion, this is the place to go. It really is the classiest restaurant in town. We also come here for business dinners. They usually have a live singer and pianist - they are great, but when they are playing, it can be loud and harder to chat, but when they take a break, the noise level is good. The food is good and consistent and not even that expensive anymore, compared to other lesser restaurants. Service is usually also good. We had Adam this last time and he was nice. Cocktails are always good and they have a great wine list. My husband gets the Chilean sea bass every time and I almost always get the puntas de filete. We shared crab cakes for an appetizer - a little spicy kick to them and they were tasty. We also each got a salad. It’s simple, but tasty. They brought out a nice chocolate dessert for our anniversary and had a card on the table - what great, personalized touches. Highly recommend!
Everything from the ambiance, to the service, down to the food was fantastic! They knew we were celebrating our anniversary and they even had a happy anniversary card waiting at the table for us and they accompanied it with a complimentary dessert. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!
Cafe Central is beautiful fine dining restaurant in the Heart of downtown El Paso. The restaurant is perfectly curated with excellent service and superb menu choices. An experience that will never be forgotten.
This gem is truly worth a visit! The whole experience was exceptional! The venue is perfectly quaint and very elegant. The service is top notch and very attentive without being intrusive. The wine selection is phenomenal!!!! The food options/ choices have something for everyone. The ribeye steak was amazingly tasty and served perfectly Hot!!! The smoked green chili soup was outta this world. This is definitely a new favorite spot and I definitely look forward to exploring the food options on my next visit. The ambiance was perfect and calming allowing for pleasant conversation and enjoyment of the entire dining experience!! Treat yourself to a visit you will be glad you did and will definitely have a new favorite dining spot!!
Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I are visiting from Dallas and had the most wonderful meal here…the Prawn brochette was perfect and the Puntes de Filette with the ribeye was one of the most delicious things we’ve ever tasted. Our server Nick was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very comprehensive wine list. The atmosphere, including a lovely singer/piano duo, was great with just the right mix of fancy and lively. Highly recommend Cafe Central for a nice night out in El Paso!
Cafe Central in El Paso is a very nice place with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. The service is very good, especially compared to other restaurants in the area, which makes the experience even better. It’s a perfect spot for a quick breakfast, to relax, and to have a good conversation without feeling rushed. Everything feels simple, comfortable, and well done. Overall, it’s a solid choice and a place I would definitely recommend.
Well finally took the plunge and came here. The atmosphere is amazing the setting is great the place makes you feel fancy and special. Came here to celebrate anniversary and they did not disappoint except with the amount of time it took for the food to arrive. We ordered before two tables next to us, mind you those tables also had two people yet they took twice as long. If I hadn't pressed on the server about our food I think we would have kept waiting. About an hour later we had our main dish. The food was delicious and the steak tasted amazing! Ill be trying the wagu steak next time. The drinks were on point 👌 The prices are very reasonable for the ambiance, service and delicious food. Will certainly make this one of my go to restaurants. Highly recommend
